Ryde School with Upper Chine

Our teachers take pride in offering extra help to pupils at the end of lessons, after school and sometimes at weekends. Many departments offer ‘Clinics’ once a week, which allow pupils to discuss a topic which they have found difficult.

Ryde School also offers revision courses over the Easter holidays:

These cover GCSE and A Level courses; some AS courses are available too.
A2 and AS courses run as full day courses– working from 9.00 am to 4.40 pm; whilst GCSE courses are run as half day courses which take place over a morning or afternoon. It is structured so that pupils might take as many as six or eight GCSE courses, or three or four A Level courses. These courses are available to pupils outside the school as well as to Rydeians. A small charge is made to contribute towards the school’s costs.
